AmCham Slovenia is one of the most active and influential international business communities in Slovenia with more than 250 member companies. They are trusted by some of the largest and most influential companies in Slovenia.

The American Chamber of Commerce was founded in Slovenia in 1999 as a voluntary, non-profit and independent organisation on the initiative of the following companies:

  2. SRC informatika d. o. o.,
  3. Sava Tires d. o. o.,
  4. RFR – Ernst & Young revizijska družba d. o. o.,
  5. McDonald Slovenia d. o. o.,
  6. Eurest d. o. o.,
  7. Hermes Softlab d. d. d.

Their long-term goal is to improve the investment opportunities and business environment in Slovenia, making it easier for Slovenian, international and US companies to do business.
In the spirit of business, AmCham Slovenia is organising a “Business Breakfast” or AmCham Business Breakfast – a social gathering with content, which will take place in Ljubljana on Tuesday, 27 January 2015.

The main points of the Business Breakfast will be:

  • Slovenia’s fall in the competitiveness rankings
  • How can we reverse this trend?
  • Urgent action now and key development points for the future.
  • Who else can we compare ourselves with abroad?
  • What do we need to do to be a role model in Europe again?

The solutions will be explored by AmCham Young Leaders Club members and Snowball leaders Petra Kocjan and Benjamin Brulc.
