EPEKA Gallery, Maribor

On Thursday, 24 September 2015, at 16:00, EPEKA Gallery will host the opening of the exhibition Dialogues, which brings together the work of three top Belarusian artists, including this year’s Belarusian representative at the Venice Biennale, Konstantin Selikhanov. The exhibition is organised as part of the Slovenian-Belarusian Forum in Maribor.

Participating artists are:

  • Tatiana Radsivilko was born in 1968 in Minsk. She graduated from the Belarusian Academy of Arts in 1993 with a degree in graphic design. She has received several awards, among which the Nidzitsa Bienialla Prize stands out. Her works have been exhibited in art galleries around the world. More at www.radsivilko.jimdo.com
  • Konstantin Selikhanov was born in 1967 in Minsk. He graduated from the Belarusian Academy of Arts with a degree in sculpture. This year he is the representative of Belarus at the 56th International Exhibition of Fine Arts. He is also a member of the Belarusian delegation at the 56th Venice Biennale of Contemporary Art.
  • Uladzimir Parfianok was born in 1958 in Minsk. Since 1986 he has participated in numerous photography and art exhibitions. Since 1996 he has been the artistic director and curator of NOVA Gallery. He is the founder and editor of the Belarusian online photography almanac Photoscope and editor of the publication Creative Photography.
