Romani cuisine is rich, encompassing a variety of culinary traditions, from Indian and Oriental to Balkan and Mediterranean. Just as diversity enriches life, it also enriches food. This year, we have upgraded the workshop so that the children learn a pinch of Syrian and Iraqi cuisine.
