On Friday, 24th January 2020 at 18:00, we kindly invite you to the Gallery EPEKA, Koroška cesta 8, where we will host a presentation of the book and an opening of the photography exhibition “See, this is where you will live now”

The book is a collection of eleven stories of men who are serving time and the images of their prison environment. These stories present prisoners to us as people with past and probably better outlines for the future. In the words of Renata Zamida, Director of the Public Agency for Books, this book proves that literature moves borders and crushes stereotypes.

Presentation of the book will be attended by: dr. Milica Antić Gaber, editor of the book, co-author dr. Nina Pergar, dr. Darja Tadič, dr. Jasna Podreka, dr. Deja Crnović and Tone Partljič, author of the preface. Author of the photographs of the prisons, where narrators serve their time, is Jasmina Vidmar. Facilitator will be Melita Forstnerič Hajnšek.

Kindly invited, there will be no entrance fee.

The exhibtion will be available until 28th February 2020. Gallery is open every day between 13:00 and 16:00 or in accordance to the previous arrangement on epeka@epeka.si
