Mateja Pesek, a participant of the Fair Employment project, took part in a three-day ethnobotany seminar on “Traditional Medicine and Herbalism”, which took place between 17 and 19 February at the Slovenian Ethnographic Museum, Metelkova 2, Ljubljana.

“The Ethnobotany Seminar is a three-day programme of lectures in the fields of medicine, pharmacy, botany, ethnology and cultural anthropology, and herbalism, presenting the role of folk medicine from the earliest times to the present day. Renowned experts will share their knowledge of plants for medicinal purposes through a variety of lectures and practical examples.” (Barbara Sosič)
