Radio Romic
Štefan Simončič, president of the Association EPEKA, Soc. Ent., was a guest on Radio Romic.
When they first received radio frequency in the year 2008, RADIO ROMIC – 97,6 MHz started operating as the first Roma radio in Slovenia. Radio ROMIC is the media which informs and educates both Roma and non-Roma population.
Besides everyday program in the studio, Radio ROMIC produces daily hourly shows:
– Roma world/ Romano vilago, (informative, educational, cultural and entertaining content)
– special shows with events such as elections, forums, Roma villages, portraits, etc.
– weekly show Listen to Roma/ Šunen le Romen, which informs Roma in Roma and Slovenian language
