Ent., will attend the conference which is a part of the project\u00a0<strong>Wholesome Support of Companies for Healthy Ageing of Labour Force &#8211; ASI.<\/strong><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">On Thursday, 26th September 2018 from 9.00 a.m. to 3 p.m. there will be a conference in the City hotel titled\u00a0<strong>Digital transformation &#8211; never too old for challenges.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ageing of the population is altering age structure of the labour force. Employers are facing lost of older qualified employees that retire, but they fail to come up with young talent to replace them. So it&#8217;s key to keep older employees in the workplaces and train them for the challenges of digitalization, which bring about changes of work processes, models and environment, ways of organizing work and communicating.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Conference will mostly answer dilemmas that come out of\u00a0<strong>digital transformation in the process of applying new technologies, procedures<\/strong> etc. among the employees, especially in terms of\u00a0<strong>multigenerational\u00a0<\/strong><strong>workplace<\/strong>. Accomplished experts will explain how to\u00a0<strong>include older employees\u00a0<\/strong>in the process of digitalization, explain why such inclusion is important and give concrete measures and steps for implementation of digital transformation of older employees. That this feat can be accomplished will be proven by some examples of good practices.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The conference is intended for the leading workes, owners of the companies, HR managers and others that face the challenges of the digitalization.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The conference will be opened by the director of the fund\u00a0<b style=\"text-align: justify;\">Irena Kuntari\u010d Hribar.<\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"align-left\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>The Association EPEKA, Soc.
