Representatives of the Association EPEKA, Soc. Ent., \u0160tefan Simon\u010di\u010d and Anja Cehnar, were educated on this topic by participating in an online forum.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">IIRs are individual virtual accounts where an individual&#8217;s education rights accumulate over time. They are virtual because the necessary funds are only transferred when the person attends training. They are a relatively unexplored and little-implemented measure &#8211; so far only France has successfully implemented it.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">IIRs are based on four pillars: inclusion or participation, autonomy and responsibility, simplicity and flexibility.
