{"id":25071,"date":"2021-02-18T18:38:39","date_gmt":"2021-02-18T18:38:39","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/epeka.si\/?p=25071"},"modified":"2023-11-21T06:20:38","modified_gmt":"2023-11-21T06:20:38","slug":"education-what-are-cooperatives-and-what-is-their-purpose","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/epeka.si\/en\/education-what-are-cooperatives-and-what-is-their-purpose\/","title":{"rendered":"Education: what are cooperatives and what is their purpose?"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">26 February, 2021<br \/>Roma Station<\/h3>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">On Friday, 26 February 2021, we invite you to a workshop where you will learn about cooperatives and the basics of cooperatives. <!--more--><\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The training will be held in cooperation with Anica Pu\u0161njak from PETKA PU\u0160NJAK STRI\u017dI\u010c ACCOUNTING AND OTHER SERVICES, D.N.O., who has many years of experience in the field of cooperatives &#8211; from the point of view of setting up cooperatives, accounting in cooperatives and also in the management of cooperatives.<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The lecturer will present the purpose, function and method of setting up cooperatives, as well as their advantages. She will present the areas of workers&#8217; rights, participatory economics and employment opportunities in cooperatives. Together, we will learn about the basic legal acts and legal bases relevant to the establishment of a cooperative and the process of setting up a cooperative. We will also learn how a cooperative is different from other forms of organisation and what its advantages and disadvantages are.<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Due to the restrictions and the number of participants, please note that the activity will be held in two groups &#8211; please register by phone or email in the group that suits you best, the maximum number of persons in each group is 8.<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The activity for the first group will take place from 15.00 to 16.30 and for the second group from 17.00 to 18.30.<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Participation is free of charge.
