Ent., \u0160tefan Simon\u010di\u010d, will participate in the preparation of proposals for cross-border cooperation projects between Montenegro and Kosovo. The evaluation will take place between 30 October and 1 November in Berane, Montenegro.<br \/>\n<!--more--><\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Programme<\/strong><\/h4>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>First day:<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>10.00 &#8211; 10.30 Arrival and registration of participants;<\/li>\n<li>10.30 &#8211; 11.00 Introduction: getting to know each other; presentation of expectations, objectives, results and workshop programme;<\/li>\n<li>11.00 &#8211; 11.30 Defining what a project is, discussing the different types of projects; putting them into the &#8220;bigger picture&#8221;;<\/li>\n<li>11.30 &#8211; 13.00 Call for project selection: explain what a call is and present the content of a typical application; CBC Call for proposals package; IPA II CBC Montenegro-Kosovo Programme (thematic priorities, specific objectives, results, types of activities, scope of the programme, etc.). );<\/li>\n<li>13.00 &#8211; 14.00 Lunch;<\/li>\n<li>14.00 &#8211; 14.30 Project cycle management: phases of the project cycle, stages, procedures and actors; 14.30 &#8211; 14.30<\/li>\n<li>14.30 &#8211; 15.30 Logical framework approach: problem analysis, stakeholder analysis, objective analysis, intervention logic;<\/li>\n<li>15.30 &#8211; 16.00 Coffee and tea break;<\/li>\n<li>16.00 &#8211; 17.00 Practical exercises.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Participants will be divided into groups; each group will select a problem and work on it using the LFA methodology as a starting point.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Second day:<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>09.00 &#8211; 11.00 Preparation for the second day: wrapping up the work of the first day, presentation of results, discussion and review;<\/li>\n<li>11.00 &#8211; 11.30 Break with coffee and tea;<\/li>\n<li>11.30 &#8211; 12.30 Logframe matrix &#8211; Part I: presentation of the format, explanation of terminology, intervention logic, assumptions from risk analysis;<\/li>\n<li>12.30 &#8211; 13.30 Logframe matrix &#8211; part two: defining objectively verifiable indicators; horizontal logic of the logframe matrix;<\/li>\n<li>13.30 &#8211; 14.30 Lunch<\/li>\n<li>14.30 &#8211; 16.00 Practical exercises: group work &#8211; completion of the logframe matrix based on the analysis during the previous tasks; presentation of the results;<\/li>\n<li>16.00 &#8211; 16.30 Closing of the second day: summary, Q&amp;A, discussion<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Third day:<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>09.00 &#8211; 09.15 Introduction: look back at the first and second day, reminder of the agenda for the third day;<\/li>\n<li>09.15 &#8211; 10.00 Grant Application Form (PRAG 2018): Part A &#8211; Concept &#8211; general description of what is happening, relevance and value-added elements;<\/li>\n<li>10.00 &#8211; 11.00 Practical exercises: completion of the relevant parts of the application form<\/li>\n<li>11.00 &#8211; 11.30 Coffee and tea break<\/li>\n<li>11.30 &#8211; 12.30 Funding application form (PRAG 2018)<br \/>\nPart B &#8211; Full application &#8211; detailed description of actions, methodology, indicative action plan, sustainability;<\/li>\n<li>13.30 &#8211; 14.30 Lunch;<\/li>\n<li>14.30 &#8211; 15.30 Action budget: presentation of the template, explanation of the budget guidelines, types of costs and their presentation in the budget;<\/li>\n<li>15.30 &#8211; 16.00 Practical exercises: Finalising the campaign budget;<\/li>\n<li>16.00 &#8211; 16.30 Conclusion of the training: discussion, Q&amp;A, closing.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>The Association EPEKA, Soc.
