By adopting digital tools, housing associations can contribute to the overall sustainability of their communities and help mitigate the effects of climate change. This can also provide the housing association with cost savings, improve efficiency and save on tenants&#8217; costs.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">This year&#8217;s lecture will be about the EPEKA App &#8211; Housing Co-operatives for All, which will offer all the useful information and services for the residents of the neighbourhood where the co-operative is located. In clear sections, tenants will be able to find their housing documents, exchange ideas with the neighbourhood and rent guest rooms and common areas (e.g. shared kitchen, sauna, picnic garden, cinema halls, etc.).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Everyone will be able to share important information via the app &#8211; in direct messages or via a pin board for all residents. Tenants can report faults to the service team with a few clicks.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Swapping with the neighbourhood, co-sharing, joint ownership of working tools (drill, grinder,&#8230;) can take place in categories such as marketplace or rental.
