Ent., participates in the international Erasmus+ project From Home to Home.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Main objective of the project<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>To contribute to the psychological adaptation of young migrants in different parts of Europe trough the\u00a0<strong>peer to peer<\/strong> learning principles (to learn from each other, not from the teacher);<\/li>\n<li>To allow young people to apply the acquired competencies in practice for the psychological adaptation of young migrants;<\/li>\n<li>To improve the mentoring skills of educators and youth workers in working with young leaders who work with young migrants;<\/li>\n<li>To increase the competencies of young leaders in principle <strong>peer-to-peer\u00a0<\/strong>by educational activities;<\/li>\n<li>To equip young leaders with educational materials in the topic of psychological adaptation.<\/li>\n<li>Educators, youth workers who have experience working with migrants.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">They are multipliers who pass on their experience to young leaders in working with young migrants.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In the context of this project, we consider educators: teachers, non-formal education trainers, psychologists, methodologists\u00a0who create educational projects.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Target groups:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Young leaders aged 16-25<\/li>\n<li>Young migrants aged 14-25<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>We see as youth leaders in this project:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>leaders of youth councils of educational institutions (schools, colleges, universities)<\/li>\n<li>leaders of sports teams; leaders of student clubs; young NGO leaders.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">At the time of project development, we see the majority of young migrants who will participate in local activities are those\u00a0who were forced to move due to military operations in Ukraine.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>The project will also help achieve:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>To create the model of psychological adaptation of young migrants on the principle of\u00a0peer-to-peer;<\/li>\n<li>Practical implementation and development of the created model of psychological adaptation of young migrants;<\/li>\n<li>Partner organisations will be able to conduct more sustainable and quality work with migrants in the local environment;<\/li>\n<li>To gather all working practices from different parts of Europe in working with young migrants;<\/li>\n<li>To promote and disseminate the created model of psychological adaptation of young migrants among other institutions, organisations and stakeholders interested in the topic.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Project leader: <a href=\"https:\/\/animusedu.com\/\">ANIMUS Training Center<\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Partners:<\/p>\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/epeka.si\/\">The Association EPEKA, Soc. Ent.<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/opendoors.center\/\">Foundation &#8220;Situational Center Open Doors&#8221;<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The project was funded by the European Union under the Erasmus+ programme.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Erasmus+ is an EU programme that supports education, training, youth and sport in Europe.
