{"id":6395,"date":"2015-06-07T15:10:59","date_gmt":"2015-06-07T15:10:59","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/epeka.si\/?p=6395\/"},"modified":"2023-12-16T21:20:13","modified_gmt":"2023-12-16T21:20:13","slug":"bold-grajenje-moznosti-za-vodenje-razvoj","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/epeka.si\/en\/bold-grajenje-moznosti-za-vodenje-razvoj\/","title":{"rendered":"BOLD &#8211; Building Opportunities for Leadership and Development"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">8 &#8211; 16 June, 2015<br \/>\nTallinn, Estonia<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">The non-governmental organisation Tallin University Student Union (MT\u00dc Tallinna \u00dclikooli \u00dcli\u00f5pilaskond) is host organisation of the international youth training project BOLD \u2013 Building Opportunities for leadership and Developement.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">BOLD will take place in Tallinn, the capital of Estonia, from 8 to 16 June 2015. The Association EPEKA, Soc. Ent., will participate as a partner organisation with four of its members.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">During the working activities, the organisers and trainers will use informal learning methods such as:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>presentations,<\/li>\n<li>group work,<\/li>\n<li>discussions,<\/li>\n<li>mixed group work,<\/li>\n<li>role-playing and other methods to bring together participants from Estonia, Latvia, Slovenia, Spain, Italy, Croatia, Macedonia, France, Czech Republic and Romania.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>The main aim and objective<\/strong> of the organisers is to bring the values and benefits of international youth work to the attention of the project participants. Organising and implementing youth activities such as youth exchanges, volunteering activities, seminars and trainings etc. is a good way to enrich and contribute to the local community. The working language of the exchange is English, but a poor knowledge of the language is not a barrier to participation, but an incentive for active communication and broadening of skills.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The project is funded by the <a href=\"https:\/\/erasmus-plus.ec.europa.eu\/sl\">EU Ersamus+ programme<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The Youth Exchange promotes the European <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youthpass.eu\/sl\/\">YOUTHPASS<\/a> certificate.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The costs of accommodation, meals and the programme are covered by the activity organiser or the host organisation. The portion of travel costs reimbursed per participant from Slovenia is based on distance, which can be checked <a href=\"https:\/\/erasmus-plus.ec.europa.eu\/resources-and-tools\/distance-calculator\">here<\/a> and amounts to \u20ac 275.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The Association EPEKA, Soc.
