Ent., is a partner organisation in the youth training entitled Coaching: an investment in the future, which will take place from 11 to 19 August 2015 in Szklarska Por\u0119ba, Poland, under the auspices of the host organisation Wroc\u0142aw Youth Club &#8211; Stowarzyszenie.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>The project aims to:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>to equip youth workers with the appropriate tools for &#8216;coaching&#8217;.<\/li>\n<li>to support the development of young people in their own individual way<\/li>\n<li>to support young people in their leadership skills and in generating tools to use their creativity, talents and potential to achieve their goals<\/li>\n<li>motivate participants to disseminate their newly acquired knowledge within their organisation<\/li>\n<li>motivate participants to work as &#8216;coaches&#8217; or mentors\/instructors<\/li>\n<li>to learn interviewing and questioning techniques<\/li>\n<li>to support the employability of participants in the field of mentoring and human resources in the business or NGO sector<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The project will be based on non-formal educational methods, mainly on practical examples and implementations. It will require motivated participation.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The working language of the exchange is English, but less proficiency in the language is not a barrier to participation, but an incentive for active communication and skills development.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The project is funded by the <a href=\"https:\/\/erasmus-plus.ec.europa.eu\/\">EU Ersamus+ programme<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The costs of accommodation, meals and the programme are covered by the activity organiser or the host organisation. The proportion of travel costs reimbursed per participant from Slovenia is determined according to distance, which can be checked here: <a href=\"http:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/programmes\/erasmus-plus\/tools\/distance_en.htm\">http:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/programmes\/erasmus-plus\/tools\/distance_en.htm<\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The Association EPEKA, Soc.
