Ent., will participate in the EVS Coordinator Training.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The purpose of the training is to explore the meaning and placement of EVS in the organisation in order to maximise the quality of the cooperation with volunteers. Participants will: improve their understanding of the roles of coordinator and mentor, explore the background of conflict in EVS, explore possible interactions between the volunteer and the organisation and ways to keep the coordinator and volunteer motivated, experience how to translate the acquired competences into the language of employers, explore how their own organisation&#8217;s activities enable them to realise the key aspects of EVS, learn and share techniques for ensuring visibility and disseminating the results of the project, and plan the practical application of the acquired skills to the day-to-day work of the organisation. Participants will also receive up-to-date information on changes to the programme as far as these are already known.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The training is organised by <a href=\"http:\/\/movit.si\/\">MOVIT<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>The Association EPEKA, Soc.
