Representatives of the Association EPEKA, a social enterprise, will attend the introduction of Ekubirojs, Latvia’s first one-stop shop for integrated building renovation.

Ekubirojs is Latvia’s first one-stop shop for holistic building renovation. They pioneered the EPC+ model, created the first digital renovation contracting platform, and helped launch LABEEF, a private fund that backs guaranteed renovation performance. At Ekubirojs, they are proud to have changed national policy (yes, even the law!) and helped ventilation become an official energy efficiency measure.<\/p>\n
The Association EPEKA, Soc. Ent., continues its activities within the project EPEKA \u2013 Housing Cooperative for All<\/strong>. The solution we are addressing in this project is tackling the housing issue through cooperative housing. Housing cooperatives already offer a suitable approach to resolving the housing crisis, as they exist in numerous cities and regions across Europe.
