We are pleased to announce that the Association EPEKA<\/strong>, a social enterprise, in cooperation with the company Centerkontura d.o.o.<\/strong>, is providing employment rehabilitation services between July 1 and December 31, 2025.<\/p>\n Centerkontura d.o.o. is a concessionaire, registered on the list of employment rehabilitation service providers with the Ministry of Labour, Family, Social Affairs and Equal Opportunities, and is authorized to provide these services based on the Employment Rehabilitation and Employment of Persons with Disabilities Act (ZZRZI). As part of the agreed cooperation, we participate as an employer and support the implementation of rehabilitation services at a specific workplace.<\/p>\n Vocational rehabilitation<\/strong> is a process that enables people with disabilities to enter or re-enter the labor market more easily, as well as maintain their current employment. This is professionally guided and structured support that includes on-the-job training, systematic acquisition of work experience, adaptation to work situations, and the development of the knowledge, skills, and competencies needed to perform the work effectively. The purpose of the service is to integrate people with disabilities into active life through a concrete work environment and, with the help of professional collaborators and mentors, develop work efficiency, perseverance, adaptability, and personal independence. At the same time, the development of social skills and increased self-confidence in work are also encouraged.<\/p>\n At Association EPEKA, Soc. Ent., we are committed to providing a supportive and inclusive work environment for individuals involved in employment rehabilitation, fostering personal development and professional growth. Together with experts from Centerkontura, we enable quality monitoring of service delivery, conduct evaluations, promote safety and health at work, and actively participate in achieving the goals of employment rehabilitation. We believe that including vulnerable groups in the work environment is crucial for their empowerment, increased social inclusion, and long-term employability.<\/p>\n Employment rehabilitation under the ZZRZI represents one of the most important instruments for greater equality of opportunity in the employment of people with disabilities and is an important step towards a more just and inclusive society. The legal basis for providing the services, in addition to this agreement, is also the rehabilitation plan prepared by the Employment Service of the Republic of Slovenia, which serves as the foundation for professional work with the individual.<\/p>\n The Association EPEKA, Soc.
