Ent., invites you to a workshop on precarious work, which we are implementing as part of the operation With Youth Work against Youth Precariousness \u2013 pilot project \u2013Tthe Association EPEKA, Soc. Ent.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The workshop is intended for young people between the ages of 15 and 29 who are facing challenges in entering the labor market. Together we will explore:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">what precariousness is and what consequences it brings,<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">how to recognize and understand your rights in accordance with the Employment Relations Act (ZDR-1),<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">examples of bad practices and how to avoid them,<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">how to create your own plan,<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">how to write an effective CV and prepare for a job interview.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The goal of the workshop is to empower young people to enter the labor market more confidently and support them in developing concrete steps for decent employment.
