Art and the power of artistic expression allow people to connect in ways that transcend traditional forms of communication fail to.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Art and the power of artistic expression allow people to connect in ways that transcend traditional forms of communication fail to. By using various form of art, inter-cultural dialogue can be achieved in an alternative but very effective way. In sum, a \u201cthinking out of the box\u201d innovative approach combining the three key elements (non-formal education, ICT and cultural tools) that \u2013 according to what affirmed above &#8211; can lead to employability seems to be one of the solutions to the challenges and needs listed. Art+ gives a special attention on the intercultural communication and dialogue to reach migrants that often closed in their own \u2013 with innovative methods in order to stimulate their sense of belonging to the new hosting society.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Art and Integration Project Objectives;<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">to stimulate creativity and innovation on a EU context for NGOs and youth workers by matching and exchanging ideas, knowledge, good practices regarding young migrants\u2019 active inclusion;<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">to give the opportunity to youth workers to discover the current situation of young migrants in the partner\u2019 countries regarding inclusion, share common challenges and needs;<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">to develop youth workers\u2019 skills and competences on how to use creative tools for integration of migrants;\u00a0to motivate and inspire youth-workers on their challenging work on social inclusion;<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">to promote and emphasize the importance of using new tools combining non formal education, ICT and culture\/art\/creative more over critical thinking towards integration migrants;<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">to create a safe learning environment with up- to date information about social inclusion and intercultural dialogue trends through non formal education methods;<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">to inform participants on the new Erasmus+ program for 2014 &#8211; 2020 period, and give special focus on active inclusion of youth and migrants project themes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Art+ Project will gather 39 people (35 participants, 2 trainers, 1 junior trainer, 1 support staff) in Fethiye, Mu\u011fla, Turkey, in between 10-16 May 2018 from 13 different Program countries: Turkey, United Kingdom, Poland, Spain, Netherlands, Lithuania, Czech Republic, Greece, Slovenia, Italy, Estonia, Romania, Latvia.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Volunteers should be aged 18 and above, and have background or interest in youth work.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">For more info write to: <a href=\"mailto:nika@epeka.si\">nika@epeka.si<\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>The Association EPEKA, Soc.
