The ZFSGJNS thus regulates the areas of financing the construction and renovation of public rental housing and public rental serviced housing in the next 10 years, namely, in the period from 2025 to 2035, it will provide up to 100 million euros per year for housing projects across the country.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The following funds will be able to access the aforementioned funds:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">municipalities,<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">municipal and inter-municipal housing funds, and<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">non-profit housing organizations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The Housing Fund of the Republic of Slovenia will use the funds received to implement co-investment and partnership for projects to build and renovate public rental housing and public rental serviced housing. The Slovenian Export and Development Bank will be able to use the funds received to provide loans with a favorable, subsidized interest rate. The Housing Act, as a systemic law, has been upgraded in several areas, primarily with the aim of creating an appropriate regulatory environment that will enable sustainable operations of actors providing public rental housing and an environment that encourages actors to provide housing. Among other things, the areas of types of rental housing, the lease of public rental housing, legally regulated rents, rent subsidies and the status of non-profit housing organizations have been amended. The Act also brings some other changes in the area of \u200b\u200brental relationships and maintenance of apartments in multi-apartment buildings.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The legislative changes and innovations are extensive, so an attempt will be made at the consultation to present key areas to municipalities, public housing funds and non-profit housing organizations. Among other things, the following will be presented:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">possibilities for financing public rental construction;<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">assisting in the implementation of public tenders for the lease of public rental housing;<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">drawing attention to additional options available to landlords in the event of violations by tenants;<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">explaining the new method of calculating non-profit rent and refunding subsidies, and<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">informing about innovations in the implementation of maintenance in multi-apartment buildings.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Part of the consultation will also be devoted to the presentation of a survey by the Ministry for a Shared Future, within the framework of which data was obtained on the need for public rental housing, planned projects, and
