{"id":94394,"date":"2025-11-14T11:58:09","date_gmt":"2025-11-14T11:58:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/epeka.si\/?p=94394"},"modified":"2025-11-19T08:56:32","modified_gmt":"2025-11-19T08:56:32","slug":"workshop-time-management-planning-and-personal-effectiveness","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/epeka.si\/en\/workshop-time-management-planning-and-personal-effectiveness\/","title":{"rendered":"Workshop: Time management, planning and personal effectiveness"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">December 2, 2025, at 6 p.m.<br \/>\nRoma Station, Maribor<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The Association EPEKA continues with <strong>workshops in the field of strengthening key employment competencies<\/strong>, among which the development of functional skills of young people plays a key role in successful integration into the work environment.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In the December workshop, we will focus on time management, planning and personal effectiveness, as these are skills that have a strong impact on work performance and stability.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Participants will reflect on their daily habits and identify factors that affect productivity, focus and reliability. Through practical work, they will learn how to set realistic goals, how to allocate work responsibilities and how to develop routines that allow for greater transparency and less stress. We will pay special attention to the use of digital tools for planning, task management and progress monitoring.
