This time, we delved into the &#8220;Reimbursement Claims&#8221; (ZzI) module, which is used for reporting costs incurred during the operation and their related activities.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>During the workshop, led by \u017diga Dobnikar, participants learned about the entire process \u2013 from logging into the system with a qualified digital certificate to the final submission of the claim for control. Special emphasis was placed on the correct entry of <strong>unit costs (SE)<\/strong> for project managers&#8217; salaries and <strong>lump sums (PZ)<\/strong> for conducted workshops.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to the technical steps of entering basic data and activity summaries, we also reviewed the necessary attachments required by the claims in detail. We informed the participants that a more in-depth discussion on mandatory attachments will take place at the next workshop, which will be held on <strong>Wednesday, March 25, 2026<\/strong>.
