Together, we will learn an easy way to test the first business idea and the motivation for its further development.<\/p>\n<p>Do you have a business idea but don&#8217;t know where to start writing a business plan? Classic, multi-page business plans are often opaque and difficult to customize. In this workshop, you will learn about <strong>the Business Model Canvas<\/strong> \u2013 a visual tool that allows you to &#8220;draw&#8221; the entire business model of a company on a single sheet of paper.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key contents of the workshop<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong> What is the Business Model Canvas?<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Method philosophy:<\/strong> Why visualization is better than text.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Structure:<\/strong> An introduction to the nine key building blocks that make up each business.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Dynamism:<\/strong> Why the BMC is a &#8220;living&#8221; document that changes with the market.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li><strong> Overview of the Canvas Method Building Blocks<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Value proposition:<\/strong> What exactly do you solve for the customer and why should they choose you?<\/li>\n<li><strong>Customer segments:<\/strong> Who is your target audience?<\/li>\n<li><strong>Channels and relationships:<\/strong> How will you reach customers and how will you build loyalty?<\/li>\n<li><strong>Key activities and resources:<\/strong> What do you actually need to do and what do you need to function?<\/li>\n<li><strong>Key partners:<\/strong> Who helps you with the realization?<\/li>\n<li><strong>Cost structure and revenue streams:<\/strong> How does a business become financially sustainable?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li><strong> Practical application and lean approach to entrepreneurship<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>From idea to verification:<\/strong> How to use BMC for rapid hypothesis testing (Lean Startup methodology).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Iterations:<\/strong> Why the first version of your Canvas is definitely not the last.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Teamwork:<\/strong> How to use Canvas to coordinate your team.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Participation is free, the number of places is limited \u2013 register as soon as possible!<\/p>\n<p>Registration and information: <a href=\"mailto:epeka@epeka.si\">epeka@epeka.si<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Where?
