We invite you to the fifth workshop within the Y-ACT project. The workshop is intended for young people, especially young members of the Roma community, and for youth workers who want to better understand how corruption affects their community and how they themselves can contribute to greater transparency and accountability.<\/p>\n

Through interactive activities, examples from the local environment and practical exercises, we will explore how to recognise non-transparent practices, what options for taking action exist, and how young people can become vocal and effective advocates of fair governance. Participants will also get to know useful tools: from transparent budget portals to access to public information, and will discuss the challenges they face in their communities in a safe and inclusive space. During the workshop, we will pay special attention to Roma perspectives on corruption.<\/p>\n

The workshop will be conducted in an interactive way, with role-playing, debates and simulations that will bring corruption closer to young people and show them how to use tools for transparency, such as open budget trackers and portals for access to information.<\/p>\n

Y-ACT is funded by the PROTEUS<\/a> project. As a project of the CERV programme, PROTEUS is co-funded by the European Commission and runs from January 2023 to September 2026.<\/p>\n
