But the truth is quite different. You can produce a product in a factory, but a brand is created and lives in the minds and hearts of your customers. It is the sum of all the experiences, emotions, expectations and reputation that someone associates with your company before they even place an order.<\/p>\n<p>So why is understanding this concept crucial to the success of any project or business, and what pitfalls await you along the way?<\/p>\n<p>In crowded markets, where products and services are often very close in terms of technical characteristics, the customer no longer chooses only with rational arguments. He chooses those he trusts, with whom he shares similar values and who evoke the right feeling in him.<\/p>\n<p>A strong brand acts as a business compass:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>You stand out from the average: <\/strong>You clearly show what makes you unique and why the customer should choose you instead of ten cheaper alternatives.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Build invaluable trust:<\/strong> Loyalty is not born overnight.
