As part of the international project EASY (Emerging Advanced Skills Youth),<\/strong> we successfully conducted a workshop inspired by \u00a0the World Caf\u00e9 method<\/strong>. The event was designed as a space for a relaxed but in-depth dialogue between young people, decision-makers, employers and experts in the field of education and youth work.<\/p>\n

Using the dynamic format of the World Caf\u00e9, participants shared their experiences, challenges and suggestions through structured conversations and rotation between four thematic stations. The discussion addressed the key segments of the future of the labor market:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Emerging skills:<\/strong> We identified new skills that young people urgently need to increase their employability and addressed gaps and mismatches between supply and demand in the labour market.<\/li>\n
  2. Barriers to youth employability:<\/strong> We highlighted the social, economic, educational, digital and geographical barriers that young people face when entering the labour market.<\/li>\n
  3. Education and support systems:<\/strong> We assessed the effectiveness of existing support systems and identified opportunities for improvement in training.<\/li>\n
  4. Policy recommendations:<\/strong> We have formulated concrete, practical recommendations to improve the situation of young people at local, national and European level.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    All the insights, experiences and recommendations gathered, which were created in a relaxed and inclusive atmosphere over coffee and chatting, represent a valuable contribution to the development of integrated policy recommendations within the EASY project. The collected findings were passed on through the project system for the creation of final guidelines.<\/p>\n
