The Association EPEKA, Soc. Ent., invites you to a workshop on precarious work, which we are implementing as part of the operation With Youth Work against Youth Precariousness – pilot project –Tthe Association EPEKA, Soc. Ent.
The workshop is intended for young people between the ages of 15 and 29 who are facing challenges in entering the labor market. Together we will explore:
- what precariousness is and what consequences it brings,
- how to recognize and understand your rights in accordance with the Employment Relations Act (ZDR-1),
- examples of bad practices and how to avoid them,
- how to create your own plan,
- how to write an effective CV and prepare for a job interview.
The goal of the workshop is to empower young people to enter the labor market more confidently and support them in developing concrete steps for decent employment. The workshop lasts 8 hours.
