The Association EPEKA, Soc. Ent., is participating in the project for practical experience of students “Environmental Care – a factor of sustainable development and social responsibility of the organisation”.

The operation will run from 15 January 2023 to 30 June 2023. All the activities of the operation, which will be carried out by the students in the work environment, are planned during the time of active study and also during the time when the work process is actively running in the selected partner companies. Timely and complete implementation will therefore be ensured primarily by avoiding student holidays and vacation periods in the working organisations.

The operation is designed along several phases which build on each other in terms of content and results. At the end of each phase, we have foreseen a mid-term evaluation of the operation, which will be carried out using the action audit method.

The timely and complete implementation of the operation will also be ensured by establishing a detailed timetable and plan for the individual activities, assigning them to administrators who will take responsibility for each activity.

The project plan also foresees certain risks and appropriate mitigation solutions:

  • Risk of students being absent from the project due to illness – we have created a reserve list of students who could be replaced in this case.
  • Risk of absence of mentors from the project due to illness – we have foreseen two mentors from each partner company (from Strand A and from Strand B) who can be substituted.
  • Risk of absence of the pedagogical mentors from the project due to illness – we have foreseen one pedagogical mentor for each project, who can also substitute for each other depending on their area of expertise.
  • Covid risk – in case of a relapse and consequent restrictive measures on socialising, the operation will be implemented through digital channels or telework (on-line survey, on-line training, on-line working meetings).

We invite students from the following fields of study to participate:

  • Marketing, Social Media and Public Relations (Faculty of Economics, University of Ljubljana);
  • Journalism (Faculty of Social Sciences) – 2 persons;
  • Social Work (Faculty of Social Work);
  • Pedagogy and andragogy (Faculty of Arts, University of Ljubljana);
  • Psychology (Faculty of Arts, University of Ljubljana)

Each student can work on the project for 60 hours.
