The Association EPEKA, a social enterprise, will participate in an online information session on affordable housing called “lighthouse districts”. Lighthouse districts are cities that are leading the way towards sustainable, beautiful and inclusive cities.
The second phase of the Affordable Housing Initiative will present a tailor-made free training programme. The training programme is specifically designed to upskill social and affordable housing providers, cities and companies involved in the planning or implementation of sustainable affordable housing construction and renovation projects. Participants will develop integrated approaches that improve the delivery of quality housing and mitigate issues that have historically affected the development of social and affordable housing.
