Workshop:
How can cooperative members participate equally in governance?

What does democratic decision-making mean in housing associations? In this workshop we will explore:

✔ How to organise effective meetings
✔ Principles of equal decision-making and consensus
✔ The roles and responsibilities of co-operative members

Through practical exercises, we will test how key housing decisions are made in practice and how to ensure that the views of all members are taken into account.
