Stefan Simoncic, President of EPEKA Association, Social Enterprise and director of European Housing Cooperative EPEKA, SCE is invited as a member of Working Group under the Pan-European Investment Platform for Affordable and Sustainable Housing (PIEP), which is working direct under the European Commission.

The launch meeting in Brussels will provide an opportunity to meet fellow members, introduce the WG’s objectives and working arrangements, and discuss its three main workstreams:

  1. Financing models for the construction and renovation of social, affordable and sustainable housing
  2. Innovation in construction
  3. Digitalisation of financing applications.
