Workshop, lecture and simulation:
Every community faces conflicts at some point – how to deal with them successfully before they become too big a problem?

Through theoretical and practical approaches, the event will explore:

✔ Why do conflicts arise in housing associations?
✔ How to prevent or resolve them in a constructive way?
✔ Simulation of how to resolve typical disagreements

Through a workshop and simulation we will try out practical methods of mediation and communication that can improve relationships and enable better coexistence.
