Housing cooperatives are becoming an increasingly popular alternative to traditional home ownership and renting.

But what are their greatest strengths and what challenges do they bring? This lecture will explore:

✔ How do cooperatives work and what legal forms do they take?
✔ The benefits of cooperation and community living
✔ What obstacles and pitfalls can be expected when setting up a cooperative?

The lecture will be followed by an open discussion where we will address key questions from the participants.
