As part of the project Promoting Health at the Workplace at the EPEKA Association, so.p., we continue with activities aimed at improving working conditions and strengthening the health of our employees.
This time, our employees will attend training at one of the leading providers of office chairs, where experts will present to them how proper posture can directly affect spinal health.
More about the project: Promotion of health at the workplace at the EPEKA Association, so.p.: The project runs between 2025 and 2027 and combines various measures aimed at improving the ergonomics of the work environment, strengthening mental health and reducing bureaucratic burdens. Among the planned changes are the introduction of lifting desks, ergonomic chairs and improved lighting, as well as the creation of spaces for relaxation and the inclusion of indoor plants. Psychosocial support will be provided through regular supervision, stress management workshops and counseling. Employees will have access to exercises such as yoga, Pilates, swimming, and massages at the workplace.
In addition to physical improvements, the project will also address organizational challenges, such as optimizing work processes, thereby reducing administrative burdens and increasing work efficiency. The goals include reducing sick leave, increasing employee satisfaction and permanently improving working conditions.
With the project, the EPEKA Association strengthens its commitment to creating a health-friendly work environment that supports the well-being and productivity of all members of the team. The measures are designed to have a lasting impact even after the project is completed, contributing to greater employee stability and promoting a culture of health care in the workplace.
The project is co-financed by the Health Insurance Institute of Slovenia.
