October 10-17, 2025
Vienna, Austria
As part of the Erasmus+ project Non-formal Education from Theory to Praxis, an international training course will be held in Vienna, aimed at strengthening the competences of youth workers in the field of non-formal education, facilitation, experiential learning and intercultural dialogue.
The program will combine theoretical approaches and practical workshops, in which participants will learn about various methodologies, tools and models, such as Kolb’s learning cycle, Maslow’s hierarchy of needs and Bloom’s taxonomy. Special attention will also be paid to designing and testing their own youth activities, which participants will be able to transfer to their local environments after the end of the mobility. The EPEKA Association, so.p., is collaborating on the project together with the partner organization GamingHOUSE, which is included in an international consortium of organizations from Austria, Germany, Croatia, France, Romania, Greece, Slovakia and Serbia.
