As part of the Strengthening Key Employability Competencies – Communication and ICT area, we will be holding a workshop aimed at practical work with young people in understanding the labor market and finding appropriate opportunities.

Participants will review current job vacancies together with a mentor, analyze job advertisements, and learn to recognize key employer requirements. We will explain how to read between the lines and understand which knowledge and competencies are actually key for a particular job. Participants will gain skills in distinguishing between real opportunities and advertisements that are not in line with their goals. We will also pay special attention to the question of how to effectively decide which jobs to apply for, and how to create an application that stands out. The meeting will also offer participants information and guidance on applying for jobs that are in line with their competencies, potential, and career goals.
