As part of the project CONNECTED WITH CULTURE: Support Office for Networking Projects, we conducted the third workshop aimed at a deeper understanding of contractual obligations. The main purpose of the meeting was to empower organizations and individuals selected in the “Connected with Culture” Public Call for the sovereign implementation of projects in accordance with the co-financing agreements and the provisions of the public call.Participants gained detailed insight into the structure of the co-financing agreement, with an emphasis on the rights and obligations of the beneficiaries. Special attention was paid to the explanation of the provisions of the public call, which are key to the correct earmarked use of funds and the prevention of potential irregularities during the implementation of project activities.
The workshop was designed as support for beneficiaries who often encounter administrative and technical challenges when implementing projects. The purpose of the operation is precisely this – to strengthen the competences of organizations, improve the understanding of procedures, and contribute to a more efficient draw-down of European funds in the field of culture and the Roma community.
The presentation is also available – link (in Slovene).
