Members of the Epeka Association will attend a webinar organized by the EU Climate Action Academy entitled Greening your job – Making a career in sustainability, which is intended for all those who want to embark on the path of a sustainable career or successfully reorient themselves into the growing market of green jobs.

Participants will gain insight into the current European landscape of sustainable employment, learn about emerging career roles and key sectors, and identify skills that are constantly in demand in the market. In addition to professional content, the event will offer practical guidance for starting a career transition, and participants will also be able to listen to real life stories and experiences of professionals who have successfully built their path in a sustainable economy.

It is worth noting that the main event will be followed by an in-depth online session entitled Greening your job – Driving sustainability at your workplace, which is planned for October 20. This follow-up module will focus on concrete examples of sustainable operation in practice, from small behavioural changes in office environments to the establishment of green working groups and the introduction of sustainable practices in public procurement processes.
