President of the Association EPEKA, Soc. Ent., Štefan Simončič, attended a webinar on the topic of developing the competencies of work-based learning professionals.
At the event, experts presented the specifics of different roles in the most established work-based learning systems in the EU and referred to the ASEAN region, where it is standard for companies to have in-house job-learning professionals. In an interactive conversation with the participants, the audience was also introduced to a valuable example of Latvia, a new country using work-based learning.
