Ljubljana, Slovenia

The Association EPEKA, Soc. Ent., participates in the framework of the international project: Youth Worker 4 Legality.

The Youth Worker 4 Legality project aims to prevent juvenile delinquency through positive stories and peer education strategies. Goals include promoting positive stories of young people who have overcome crime and introducing peer education strategies to train youth workers. The project aims to create a positive impact in the prevention of juvenile delinquency, provide positive role models and train young leaders to influence and support at-risk youth. With the help of constructive stories and peer education strategies, the project aims to stimulate change and contribute to a better future for vulnerable young people.

Expected results
After the establishment of the digital platform, a 70% improvement in the skills of promoting positive role models is expected, as well as a 70% improvement in the pedagogical skills of animators in the implementation of peer education. A digital manual will also be developed for the proper implementation of peer education strategies.
