The Big Institute, Soc. Ent., is an independent and non-profit organisation that promotes the development of the creative economy, connecting the development potentials of society and confronting them with the challenges of the modern world.
He is the driving force behind the City of Design Slovenia, the Big Architecture, Wooden Icon, Houses of the World and Ljubljana Design Month festivals, as well as the Hiše and Lesarski pulrip magazines.
The Big Institute’s mission is to interdisciplinarily connect the economy, knowledge institutions and creative industries, and to promote the results of their activities and cooperation for the greater competitiveness of the economy and society as a whole. To this end, the Big Institute, Soc. Ent,, proactively integrates innovative practices, management know-how and business processes, pursues global challenges in the fields of circular economy, sustainable development, green energy, housing, livelihoods, transport and growing cities, and integrates the best brands into the best promotional platforms.
