The Association EPEKA, Soc Ent,. SLOGA and UNICHEM d.o.o. invite you to a practical workshop on Establishing a raised bed with herbs and spices, led by Master of Horticulture Lucija Kinkel. The workshop will take place during the Slovenian Development Days on 17 October 2024.

Lucija Kinkel is a renowned horticultural expert with extensive experience in garden design and maintenance. After graduating in agronomy, she joined Unichem, where she is actively involved in the development of the Plantella brand. She is also an expert contributor to Gaia magazine and club, where she shares her wealth of knowledge with gardeners all over Slovenia.
In this workshop you will learn:
- How to properly design and install a high bed;
- Which herbs and spices are best suited for high beds;
- Practical tips on how to care for and maintain high beds throughout the year;
- Advantages of raised beds compared to conventional gardens;
- Specific practical tips for growing tomatoes or other vegetables in pots.
This workshop is for anyone who wants to improve their gardening skills and create a healthy, productive garden in a small space. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced gardener, you will take away valuable tips and ideas for your garden. Children are also welcome to attend.
