The Association EPEKA, a social enterprise, is taking part in the EXPO fair in Milan, organised by the Ministry of Economic Development and Technology of the Republic of Slovenia, as part of its activities to promote social entrepreneurship and cooperatives, transfer and exchange good practices, and gain knowledge and experience also in the international environment.

Presenting at the fair can be a great opportunity for further development, growth and learning in the field of social entrepreneurship. The World Social Entrepreneurship Forum is also launching on the same day, organising an opening plenary session right at EXPO, starting at 14.30. For this purpose, we will invite the World Social Forum participants to visit us at the Slovenian stand.

Social enterprises and cooperatives will present themselves in the form of short presentations (pitches) from 12.30 to 14.30. Before, after and in between the presentations, there will be an entertainment programme with Roma trumpeters, as we will be presenting the ROMANI KAFENAVA project.
