What is a lease with a buy-back? What are the benefits and risks of this model?

This lecture will explore how this system works, where young people can take advantage of it and what they need to look out for in their contracts. The lecture will be followed by a facilitated discussion where we will reflect together on whether this could be one of the solutions to young people’s housing problems.
