The Association EPEKA, a social enterprise, will take part in this year’s Job and Career Opportunities Fair, which will take place on Thursday, 8 May 2025, at the Tabor Hall in Maribor.
The event, organised for the second time in a row by the Maribor Regional Service of the Employment Agency of the Republic of Slovenia, is one of the largest events of its kind in Slovenia. The fair is aimed at bringing together employers, job seekers, young people in career development and educational institutions.
Why participate?
Participation in the fair is a great opportunity for us to:
- present our work and projects,
- meet potential collaborators and volunteers,
- network with other organisations and institutions,
- contribute to the creation of new job opportunities in the local area.
The fair is free for all participants – exhibitors and visitors alike – and allows direct contact between employers and jobseekers.
In addition to company presentations, the event will also be attended by primary and secondary school pupils, their parents and school counsellors, as the fair will also offer career guidance and youth employment content. Schools and other organisations working in the field of career guidance will also be represented.
The EPEKA Youth Programme is co-financed by the Slovenian Office for Youth, the Municipality of Maribor and Erasmus+.
