Representatives of the Association EPEKA, a social enterprise, will participate in an online meeting and learn about the Irish South-East Energy Agency.

The South-East Energy Agency (SEEA) is an integrated home renovation service provider operating at the regional level in Ireland (covering 400,000 inhabitants). Since 2018/2019, it has been implementing energy renovation of homes based on a one-stop-shop model.

By 2024, SEEA will have helped to renovate more than 30 homes in the south-east of the country. The homes were highly inefficient and had an energy rating of D-G. Following the renovation, which significantly improved the thermal comfort and air quality in the homes and reduced heating costs and carbon footprint, all 30 tenants received an A rating.
