Applications for the Lupa Festival 2026 are open

The LUPA Festival is the central all-Slovenian event that combines the diversity and strength of the Slovenian non-governmental sector in one place. It is the day when Prešeren Square, the Triple Bridge and Stritarjeva Street in Ljubljana come to life in the sign of volunteering, solidarity and creativity.

This time too, non-governmental organizations will be able to present themselves at stands on Prešeren Square, Triple Bridge and Stritarjeva Street. A portion of the space on the market will be available for  a companion program that you can help co-create.

What can you expect?

  • Presentation of non-governmental organisations: Associations, institutions and humanitarian organisations from a wide range of fields – from culture, sports and education to social welfare and environmental protection – will be presented at the stands.
  • Live program: In addition to information at the stands, the event will be enriched by a rich accompanying program: music, dance and improvisation acts, folklore, short theater performances and stand-up comedy.
  • Connecting and inspiring: LUPA is a meeting place for campers, scouts, volunteers and all those who actively contribute to a better society.

Applications for the festival are still open, stands and for the accompanying program can be registered until July 5 or until the vacancies are filled. Only organisations that have also applied for the stand can apply for the accompanying programme.
