At the workshop, we will not only talk about dry theory, but through concrete examples from practice, we will show you how to lay a solid foundation in the design phase and why precise planning is the key to a more restful sleep during implementation. We will present risk and change management and ways to respond in a timely manner to unforeseen complications and changes in client requirements, without compromising deadline or quality.
