In cooperation with Aktivirajse we organized an event COOKING WORKSHOP: Reducing Food Waste.
As part of the Food Wave project during the week of the International Day for Awareness of Food Loss and Food Waste, we held a workshop at the City Garden under Gorca – a lecture that focused on the issue of food waste.
Ideas and solutions were given on how to reduce food waste in one’s own household and what it means to be an ethical, responsible consumer who supports local food producers.
