Vice president of the Association EPEKA, Soc. Ent., attended the “KApacitating2youth”, with the intention to provide new tools and competencies to youth workers to promote more efficiency and quality to their work and reinforce the network of organizations.

.
The objectives of the project are:
  • To develop key skills for youth workers to develop and use KA2 projects.
  • To train youth workers in the youth strategies and priorities identified by the European Union.
  • To train youth workers by developing key skills that will influence the improvement of their work in line with the real needs of young people.
  • Recognise and value informal knowledge and creativity in youth work.
  • To share relevant practices, skills and knowledge for designing and innovating interventions (including based on situation analysis and local diagnoses), and thus designing the methodology/programme to be implemented.
  • Create collaborative networks by identifying common needs, setting smart targets and local cooperation.
  • Promote synergies and transnational cooperation, strengthening the potential of YW and organisations to address common issues.
